Nourhanne released her first single, “Ti Amo,” in 1996 at the age of 19, but her full-length debut wasn’t until 2003, with the release of her first album Shaklo Kif? Shatha Hassoun very cute and talented Iraqi singer. Shatha Amjad Hassoun Alshamery was born in Casablanca, Morocco on 3 March 1981, to an Iraqi father and Moroccan mother. Her father is from Al-Hilla and he is a well-known reporter, her mother, a Moroccan history teacher. Hassoun studied English Literature in Casablanca and continued her university studies in Tangier where she joined the program of Hotel and Tourism Management. Then she continued her studies in France where she gained her master’s degree.

In 2007, Hassoun won Star Academy 4, making her the first female winner. Her performance of Fairouz’s “Baghdad” earned her 54.8% of the vote which enabled her to reach the finals. More then 10 Jury Members selected Rahaf Abdallah as Miss Lebanon for 2010-2011. It is being said that this came as a bit of a shocker because everyone was 99% certain Jessica Kahawaty would win the title. She was breathtaking from start to finish and looked somewhat like an Indian goddess. She surprisingly reminded us of Miss USA 2010 Rima Fakih in that stunning white dress; Perfect walk and allure, and perfect Eastern Mediterranean features! Her answers were also very interesting and well formulated. Unfortunately she was 3rd runner up.
